The ultimate beach house specimen tree sought-after the world over. Large specimens sell for small fortunes. Steeped in folk lore – native to Madagascar (Dragon Tree). Mature specimens exhibit some similar characteristics to the pandanus. Suitable throughout coastal Australia. Hardy and drought tolerant. Pot plant friendly. Mainly used as a specimen – similar situations as pandanus or yucca. Will multihead naturally following flowering as matures. Slow release fertilizer 2 x per year. Water sparingly till established
